Accessibility
Last updated: June 10, 2026
True Mark Consulting, LLC DBA ArcasyaAI (“Arcasya”) is committed to ensuring that our website and platform are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that digital accessibility is not optional — it is a core responsibility for any company building tools that serve businesses.
This statement applies to www.arcasya.ai and the ArcasyaAI platform.
1. Our Commitment
Arcasya is actively working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including:
- Visual impairments (blindness, low vision, color blindness)
- Hearing impairments (deafness and hard of hearing)
- Motor disabilities (limited fine motor control, inability to use a mouse)
- Cognitive and neurological disabilities (dyslexia, ADHD, epilepsy, and others)
We view accessibility as an ongoing effort, not a one-time fix. We are committed to continuously improving the user experience for all visitors and platform users.
2. Current Conformance Status
Arcasya is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some content or features do not yet fully meet the standard. We are actively addressing known gaps as part of our ongoing development process.
The table below reflects our current self-assessed status across key WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria:
| Criterion | Status | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| 1.1.1 — Non-text Content (Alt Text) | Partial | Marketing images have alt text; some UI icons are being updated |
| 1.3.1 — Info and Relationships | Meets | Semantic HTML used throughout; headings structured correctly |
| 1.3.3 — Sensory Characteristics | Meets | Instructions do not rely solely on color or shape |
| 1.4.1 — Use of Color | Partial | Color is not the sole means of conveying info; audit ongoing |
| 1.4.3 — Contrast (Minimum) | Partial | Body text meets 4.5:1 ratio; some UI components under review |
| 1.4.4 — Resize Text | Meets | Text resizes up to 200% without loss of functionality |
| 1.4.10 — Reflow | Meets | Content reflows at 320px width without horizontal scrolling |
| 1.4.11 — Non-text Contrast | Partial | UI component contrast under active review |
| 2.1.1 — Keyboard Navigation | Partial | Most features keyboard-navigable; agent builder UI in progress |
| 2.1.2 — No Keyboard Trap | Meets | No keyboard traps identified |
| 2.4.1 — Bypass Blocks | Meets | Skip navigation link implemented |
| 2.4.2 — Page Titled | Meets | All pages have descriptive, unique titles |
| 2.4.3 — Focus Order | Partial | Logical focus order on main pages; platform UI being audited |
| 2.4.4 — Link Purpose | Meets | Links are descriptively labeled; no generic 'click here' text |
| 2.4.6 — Headings and Labels | Meets | Headings and form labels are descriptive |
| 2.4.7 — Focus Visible | Partial | Focus indicators present; visual prominence being improved |
| 3.1.1 — Language of Page | Meets | HTML lang attribute set correctly |
| 3.2.1 — On Focus | Meets | No unexpected context changes on focus |
| 3.3.1 — Error Identification | Meets | Form errors identified in text, not color alone |
| 3.3.2 — Labels or Instructions | Meets | All form fields have associated labels |
| 4.1.2 — Name, Role, Value | Partial | ARIA labels in progress for complex UI components |
| 4.1.3 — Status Messages | Partial | Platform notifications being updated with ARIA live regions |
3. Known Limitations
We are transparent about the areas where our platform currently falls short of full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance. Active issues include:
Marketing Website (www.arcasya.ai)
- Some decorative and icon images lack complete alt text descriptions — being remediated in the next design sprint.
- Color contrast on certain UI accent elements (buttons, badges) does not consistently meet the 3:1 non-text contrast requirement.
- Focus indicators on interactive elements are present but visually subtle on dark-theme surfaces — being improved.
The ArcasyaAI Platform
- The agent builder and workflow configuration interfaces contain complex drag-and-drop components that are not yet fully keyboard-navigable. We are prioritizing ARIA-compliant alternatives.
- Some dynamic status notifications do not currently use ARIA live regions, meaning screen readers may not announce updates automatically — in progress.
- Certain data visualization components (charts, usage graphs) lack sufficient text alternatives for non-visual access — being addressed.
We are committed to resolving these issues as part of our active development roadmap. If any limitation prevents you from using a feature you need, please contact us and we will work with you directly to provide an accessible alternative.
4. Technical Approach
Our approach to building accessible interfaces includes:
- Using semantic HTML5 elements (nav, main, article, section, button) to provide meaningful structure to assistive technologies.
- Implementing ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) attributes on dynamic and interactive components.
- Ensuring all interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard alone.
- Maintaining color contrast ratios that meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA thresholds using automated tooling during development.
- Including skip navigation links so keyboard and screen reader users can bypass repeated navigation.
- Testing with screen readers including NVDA (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), and TalkBack (Android) during QA cycles.
- Running automated accessibility scans using tools including axe-core and Lighthouse during the CI/CD pipeline.
- Ensuring our platform does not use content that flashes more than three times per second, consistent with seizure safety guidelines (WCAG 2.3.1).
5. Assistive Technology Compatibility
Arcasya is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:
- Screen readers: NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver (macOS and iOS), TalkBack (Android)
- Voice control: Dragon NaturallySpeaking, macOS Voice Control, Windows Speech Recognition
- Keyboard-only navigation: full keyboard operability is a design requirement for all new features
- Browser zoom: content is functional at up to 200% zoom without loss of functionality or horizontal scrolling
- High contrast modes: platform UI is tested in Windows High Contrast Mode and macOS Increase Contrast
We recommend using supported browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge — current versions) for the best accessible experience.
6. Legal Basis
Our commitment to accessibility is grounded in the following legal frameworks:
- Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title III — federal courts and the DOJ have confirmed that websites of businesses open to the public are places of public accommodation subject to ADA requirements.
- Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act — applicable to federal contractors and agencies; we align with these standards as a best practice.
- European Accessibility Act (EAA) — effective June 2025, this EU directive requires digital products and services to meet accessibility standards. We are working toward compliance for any EU-based users of our platform.
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA — our target conformance standard, referenced by ADA guidance, Section 508, and the EAA.
7. Feedback and Contact
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website and platform. If you:
