Every plan has a credit limit. Need more? Buy credits at a flat $0.015 per credit — or leverage the AI subscription you already have. Grok 4.6 is the default; first-party providers. No mid-run throttling, and in-flight work is saved.

What are credits?
Credits meter agent work — each model call, tool call, and voice minute draws from your monthly allowance in proportion to cost. They reset on your billing date. The same credits apply in Launchpad and on custom dashboards/CRM.
What happens when I hit my credit limit?
You're alerted at 80% usage. Buy more credits at $0.015 per credit so work can continue — or cap usage and agents pause until the next cycle. In-flight work is always saved.
Do I need a custom build to use credit plans?
No. Credit plans run the base ArcasyaAI app on their own. Custom dashboards and CRM builds use the same credit meter for their AI and compute.
What agents are included?
Every plan, including Trial, includes Arcasya (the master agent) and all six built-in agents: Email (Workspace Agent), Social (Social Media Manager), Leads (Lead Generation), Routing, Workflows (Workflow Analyst), and Research (Oracle). Plans differ in credits, surfaces, and support.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with new credits and limits. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle so you keep what you paid for. No penalties for upgrading or downgrading.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your workspace is isolated per organization, integration tokens are encrypted at rest, and you can export your workflows, memory, and execution logs. Cancel anytime from settings.
