How does pricing break down?
One-time builds cover custom dashboards and CRM surfaces (from $500, scoped). Managed AI partners cover custom solutions plus ongoing service (from $4,099/mo). Platform usage is credit-based monthly plans that meter AI and compute in the base app or on those custom surfaces.
What are credits?
Credits meter agent work — each model call, tool call, and voice minute draws from your monthly allowance in proportion to cost. They reset on your billing date. The same credits apply in Launchpad and on custom dashboards/CRM.
What happens when I hit my credit limit?
You're alerted at 80% usage. On paid plans, overage bills at $0.015 per credit so work can continue — or you can cap usage and agents pause. On Free, agents pause at the limit and resume next cycle. In-flight work is always saved.
Do I need a custom build to use credit plans?
No. Credit plans run the base ArcasyaAI app on their own. Custom dashboards and CRM builds use the same credit meter for their AI and compute.
What agents are included?
Every plan, including Free, includes Arcasya (the master agent) and all six built-in agents: Email (Workspace Agent), Social (Social Media Manager), Leads (Lead Generation), Routing, Workflows (Workflow Analyst), and Research (Oracle). Plans differ in credits, custom agent slots, voice, and support.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with new credits and limits. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle so you keep what you paid for. No penalties for upgrading or downgrading.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your workspace is isolated per organization, integration tokens are encrypted at rest, and you can export your workflows, memory, and execution logs. Cancel anytime from settings.
