What are credits?
Credits are the unit of execution behind every agent action. Each model call, tool call, and voice minute consumes credits proportional to its real compute cost. Your allowance resets monthly on your billing date.
What happens when I hit my credit limit?
You're alerted at 80% usage. On paid plans, overage bills per credit at your plan's rate so work never stops mid-run — or you can cap usage and agents pause gracefully. On Free, agents pause at the limit and resume next cycle. In-flight work is always saved.
Which integrations work today?
Google Workspace — Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive — is live in production. A catalog of 40+ additional providers is on the roadmap and ships incrementally; each one lights up in your workspace the day it goes live.
What agents are included?
Every plan, including Free, includes Arcasya (the master agent) and all six built-in agents: Workspace (email + calendar), Social Media Manager, Lead Generation, Routing, Workflow Analyst, and Oracle (deep research). Plans differ in credits, custom agent slots, voice, and support.
Can agents act without my approval?
Not outbound. Emails, posts, and invites always stop at a human approval gate. Agents read, plan, draft, and organize autonomously — you decide what leaves the building.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with new credits and limits. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle so you keep what you paid for. No penalties either way.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your workspace is isolated per organization, integration tokens are encrypted at rest, and you can export your workflows, memory, and execution logs. Cancel anytime from settings.
