Integrations
ArcasyaAI LinkedIn Integration
Agents draft company-page posts. You approve. Then LinkedIn publishes — not the other way around.
Direct answer
The short version.
ArcasyaAI’s LinkedIn integration connects your member account (as a Page admin) via OAuth, reads organization posts, and drafts company-page content with linkedin.suggest_post. Writes only run after a human approves the social action on Engagement (or an ACT tool after approval). Personal thought-leadership drafts use linkedin.suggest_member_post. Ads and Sales Navigator are not included.
What it does
Connect LinkedIn under Channels or the LinkedIn Command Center. Pick the primary company page. Agents can list recent page posts, draft new posts or comments, and queue likes — all as suggested actions until you approve.
Token refresh keeps the connection alive for Community Management–approved apps. If the refresh token expires, reconnect from the Command Center.
Human-gated publishing
External LinkedIn writes are ACT tools (linkedin.post, linkedin.comment, linkedin.like, linkedin.member_post). The default path is suggest → Engagement board → approve → social-dispatch. Agents do not silently post to your company page.
Where to work in the product
LinkedIn Command Center (/launchpad/integrations/linkedin) for connection health and page selection. Engagement (?platform=linkedin) for approvals. Settings → Trainings for the short how-to modules.
FAQ
Related questions.
Do I need to be a Page admin?
Yes. Organization posting and page stats require an administered LinkedIn Company Page. Personal posts use member social scopes separately.
Is this LinkedIn Ads?
No. This integration is Community Management / organic page and member posts. Advertising API is out of scope.
How do I connect?
